ABOUT DIRECTOR
- My name is Albert and I help many local and foreign buyers pick the right property to purchase as owners and investors.
- I have been in the real estate industry for nearly 2 decades since 2002.
- I have been living in Melbourne for over 4 decades since 1977.
- I know Melbourne very well and experienced the population growth from a big town to a major metropolis.
- Many many years ago, I started to think outside the square and started investing in Melbourne Properties in 1998 and haven’t looked back.
- Fully Licensed Estate Agent since July 2010.
- I have assisted hundreds of local clients on how to purchase their first/second/third investment properties over the years and more importantly where.
- Thoroughly guided my clients throughout their investment journey and long after the property has settled.
- Offer my clients the right advice or several options to suit their circumstances.
- My youngest local investor was only 21 years old and now has 3 investment properties. The parents couldn’t thank me enough.
- My first foreign investor was in 2008 based in Singapore and now has a few hundreds foreign investors in several Cities such as in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai, London, Los Angeles and Manila. Soon to expand to other cities.

- Started my company in Sept 2014 looking after local clients who purchased as an owner and/or investor, as well as foreign investors who purchased Melbourne properties.
- APIS has had many overseas investors since 2014 (in fact since 2008) in several countries, and have also managed their investment rental properties.
- We deal with reputable developers and builders over the years and have strategic alliances with reputable businesses such as solicitors, financial planners (for setting up SMSF), conveyancers, mortgage brokers (for loans), accountants (for investors), quantity surveyor (depreciation schedule), local agents and much more as an added value service to our clienteles.
